I Heart Benefiber!

Ok, so this update is probably a bit TMI, but we're all adults right? I have had a really difficult time with my BM's ever since I started eating solid foods, and last week I started adding two benefiber packets to my water that I use when I work out. Things are still slow moving, but so much better than what was going on pre-benefiber! I almost feel like a whole new woman.
Ok, now that the icky stuff is out of the way, onto other updates, I'm "un-officially" at 68 pound weight loss as of May 7th. The last time I posted a blog on April 26th I was at 62 pounds, so the weight loss is still going steady and I am extremely pleased! A few days ago I cleaned out my closet of all of my work clothes that were in the 20-24 size range, and ended up with 2 1/2 trash bags FILLED with clothes including suits, bathing suits, tank tops, dresses, jeans, just about everything. I am having a problem with finding pants that fit because most plus size jeans are stretch and while they fit fine after I put them on, within a few hours they're very baggy and bulky looking. So I think its already time for more shopping.
I swam again this past week. This time I did 2,350 yards of IM and Freestyle. The week before we swam 2,000 yards. I'm loving being back in the pool and might try to do it twice a week, depends on my friend's schedule since she is hosting me as her guest at her residential pool.
