Holiday almost over and the New Year is here

Hello OH family just wanted to say to everyone have a safe New Year's Eve and New Year's. Enjoy and live it up. I was worried about the new years and eating but I think I did good. I am 182 right now which is 3 pounds less. I even enjoyed my self at Thanksgiving and Christmas with all the food and drinks (don't drink any more but it was around). The point is we can do it we just have to say we want to.
