Man am I being

LAZY!!!!! This has been such a bad week for me. I ate what I was supposed to eat, no cheating, but the exercise went by the wayside this week. All I did was 5-6 sets of weight lifting for my upper arms per day! I was so busy, I had three different doctor appts, physical therapy appts, work (worked extra hours this week too), gave my daughter a ride to and from CSU for two of her classes, support group meeting, etc. it was just too much! This evening I'm so tired I don't know whether to go to bed, and end up waking around 1 am, or trying to hold out until 11pm, so I'll sleep all nite! One thing I'm going to do is go to the pool tomorrow morning from 10a-1p and get a workout in! I feel so guilty for not doing  much physical this past week. When I woke up this morning I couldn't believe it was Friday already! My weight is still on a stall, but my clothes are still getting looser, so I'm at least losing inches! Thank goodness for small favors! I'm going to lay down, C'ya   Anita
