it's been two weeks and the scale stopped again!!! I found a 10-day plateau buster diet in one of my files that I saved from when I was researching my RNY back in the summer of 2010. I printed it off, looked at it, and decided to see if it'll work. 3 oz of protein 5x a day, with servings of certain veggies and fruit, plus the exercise, vits/minerals and 64 oz of water. I'll gladly give it 10 days if it will MOVE THE DIGITS ON THAT SCALE!!!

On another topic: Heartburnnnnn! Acid reflux! Ugh, ugh, and more ugh! When I was more obese than what I am now, I NEVER ever had either!  Now it's like a 2nd cousin, I get it at least 1-2x a week! I'm perplexed b/c it's not like I'm eating heavily spiced foods, I'm not. Most of the time I don't even season my own food, maybe a dash of salt and pepper, that's all. But man oh man, I end up sleeping on 3 or more pillows propped up under my back, but at least it's usually gone in the morning. It's trying to go to sleep with it that bugs me! It's almost 3:30am Sunday morning and I'm sitting here typing this and this heartburn is here again! Another nite of sky high pillows here I come.
