Why I dont go out to eat...

Went out for breakfast with my mom & the kids and I was reminded why we never go out to eat any more. Horror show. Kids crying everywhere. UGH. I didn't even get to finish my coffee. Then Jaxon knocks over my doggie bag. Like I needed 3 uneaten pancakes. Ended up throwing them away. Not very good. Anyhow... still got some day to go. Workouts resume tomorrow as a "jumpstart" to my week. I haven't worked out since last Wednesday due to the kiddos being sick and it's time to get back to it.

Anyhow... here's the list:

B: scrambled eggs, rosemary potatoes, 1/2 slice of bacon, a few bites of pancake, 1/2 strawberry, 1/2 cup of coffee with sugar & milk = too many to be worth it / not enough

L: 1 cup cottage cheese & 1/2 cup red grapes = 255 / 30.5

S: 20 small pretzels = 110 / 1 

D: hamburger w/ 1/2 slice of bread = 195 / 13.5
graham crackers = 75 / 1
seltzer w/ juice = 75 / 0

totals: 705 / 46 (plus breakfast -- i'm thinking i got at least 15 grams of protein from the eggs).
vitamins: yes
calcium:
water: 3 glasses crystal light
exercise: day off

Okay... so tomorrow is my jumpstart back into things full force. I have an early morning dentist appointment (yay) and then my dad's coming over to help me put up a new screen door. It will be nap time (time to spray for flies outside) and then pick up brianna & memaw (go to lowes?) and we were all supposed to go to my sisters but i HAVE to go to the gym instead. I have to start working out. Cardio four days a week (and hopefully yoga on two days). I feel like a slug and I know working out will get me back into protein shake lifestyle and water lifestyle. At least I've been taking my vitamins and calcium. I gotta go get my blood work done for my 4 year anniversary! I need to be under 160 (159.9999 will be good enough lol).

Anyhow... time to put my feet up and figure out where I'm going to put my TV with my new living room layout. Happy Friday!
