I'm Back yet again!

It's been a while. First my husband's cat died. It was pretty sad --- we have a flea problem at our house, despite the animals being frontlined. Fleas were getting on the kids and "flea poop" was all over the kitchen counters from the cat. I put my foot down and made the animals stay in the back studio at night. But then we let them back in because my husband said he would wash them and the cat bitzer got stuck in the wall (didn't even know there was a hole there.) But Bitzer did not want to be an indoor only cat and escaped after two days. I couldn't get her back inside. So we just let her stay out side all day and in the studio at night. One day I stopped seeing her in the flower beds and then I found that she hadn't been eating. She seemed really sick and she was skinny. She went missing for a few days and then my husband vowed to make her an inside cat again. Well we went to give her a bath and she died in the tub. It was terrible. I had a nasty headache from crying. Only other time I got that kind of a headache was when my Grandma died and my dog Gavin died. 
Then my mom had the next two weeks off of work and while I didn't eat bad, I didn't exercise or stick to my 1000 calorie/day plan. Gained 1.2 pounds back. The nurse said it could be from my period, which is due any day.

Anyhow... I'm back. Well I was back yesterday, but I was too tired to blog last night. I am keeping my calorie count under 1250 with 65+ grams of protein, 2 cups of veggies, and 8 glasses of water. Next monday I WILL be under 160. Even if I'm 159.9lbs. Whoo!
