Yes, you can eat right during Thanksgiving!

I have 10 pounds to lose (gained back a pound after eating like shit when the inlaws were in town... also period is here.) So I don't care that it's Thanksgiving. I'm going to give thanks that I can choose to eat less and not pig out. I'm going to give thanks that I'm going to stay healthy and fit and be skinny in those size 8s!!  So we're back to counting calories and measuring everything religiously. It's amazing what you can do when you just put your mind to it and don't let bad habits take over.

Here is the list:

Breakfast: Egg whites with cheese = 77 / 10
coffee with sweetener & cream = 75 / 1

Lunch: 1/2 cup cottage cheese & 1/2 cup red grapes =  145 / 13.5

Snack: 1/2 pummello fruit = 30 / 0
1 graham cracker sheet = 65 / 1

Dinner: chicken salad w/ dried cherries, almond slivers, feta cheese, & dressing =265 / 20
egg whites w/ cheese = 115 / 15.5
peppermint latte = 170 / 10

totals: 942 / 71
vitamins: yes
water: yes
calcium: yes
workout: yes

I ROCK!! Working out every day! Taking vitamins & calcium every day! Counting calories every day! Even if it's thanks giving. Turkey and salad are good for you! Heheh -- lots of protein and veggies, no pie or crap with lots of butter.

I am going to lose these last 10 pounds on by my goal!! I'M AWESOME! WHOO!!!
