Day Two!

It's day two of getting back on track. It's hard sometimes because I get so "hungry" but I just tell myself no and I try to drink some water -- which I should do now. Anyhow... here's the list:Breakfast: egg whites with cheese = 77 / 10.25
Coffee with cream and sweetener = 75 / 1
Lunch: clementine orange
1/2 c cottage cheese & 1/2 c red grapes = 145 / 13.5
