Chasing babies...

My youngest son is OBSESSED with climbing on the coffee table and thinks its funny when I tell him "No" and pull him down. It's all a game to him! Anyhow... Tuesday ended in a bust. Started out okay.... then had a graham cracker because I was too lazy to go out to the car and get my water bottle. Then I had another graham, then some goldfish... then another graham. So that was about 500 calories of junk!!!

I did make it to the gym (missed my step class, but did the ellipical machine - whoo 325 calories!). BUT then we went out to celebrate because Matt received payment for his first game (yay!) and we split a huge oatmeal cookie with the kids and I had an americano with cream and sweetener. Then I had some potatoes and cauliflower when I got home. I was starving. I asked Matt to get me some food. He said NO! and put me promptly to bed (thank goodness). Anyhow... today is off to a better start. I got out of going out to breakfast with my mom and ate some fish for lunch. Doing good. Whoo! Goodbye 10 pounds!!!

Breakfast: coffee w/ cream and sweetener = 125 / 1

Lunch: 1.5 oz fish with 1/2 potatoe & cauliflower gratin and 1 brussel sprout = 215 / 19

Snack: 1 serving of pretzels = 115 / 3

Dinner: 1 cup of goldfish crackers = 300 / 6
salad = 125 / 5
1 peppermint mocha = 245 / 11

totals: 1125 / 45
vitamins: yes
calcium: yes
water: yes
exercise: yes


So maybe I didn't do as great as I thought... I could see a lot better ways to spend 300 calories rather than on goldfish crackers. Ugh. Anyhow... well I as long as I dont eat anything else tonight I should be okay. Wish me luck and will power!!
