Regain loss plan, week 2 progress report

Today's progress report, week 2, numbers are overall progress :
Weight : -9.8 lbs
Chest: - 2 inches
Waist: -2.5 inch
Hip: - 1.5 inches
So far, the plan is going good. I'm just counting calories and keeping them around 1500. I'm not doing any popular diets. I am tracking on MyFitnessPal. There are some days where I do eat more protien so it's harder to reach 1500 calories, but I'm not going to force myself to eat and get sick. I haven't really worked out everyday as planned, but at least every other day. The long term goal is to lose 100 lbs by the end of this year. I know I will reach plateau's at some point, so the 1st couple weeks where we lose a lot help out in that long term goal. I just got to remember not to let the small picture (my weekly weigh ins) get in the way of my big picture (to lose 100 lbs). Not to beat myself up on the weeks there's no progress. I have to realize my body will adjust, and also gain muscle. I also have to work on this becoming a life change, because I am still craving junk and fast food (another form of junk). I know that I can have some things, like the grilled chicken sandwich or salad at Wendy's, but not the taco bell or chili dogs I crave. Good luck everyone!
