I feel like I researched or was told everything I could have been, but there's no way to fully be prepared. Maybe that's what I wish I knew...that no matter how much you research, you can never really know what to expect. =)
I wish I had known how much my taste buds would change. That info was never shared with me.
I wish 2 things, first that I had had more counseling. The physical change helps to lose weight, the mindset helps to keep it off for the long run: second I wish I had chosen a surgeon that had a program that helped you through with not only recovery, but aided with weight loss assistance. This is definitely a choice that needs a good support system.

I know its cool. I use it daily and like the variety pack. I haven't found the new flavor yet but want to try it.
I can very much relate to the regain and stress eating. Reaching out for support and being accountable is a great step in the right direction.
I wish I had been more aware of cross addiction and knew what to watch for. Only being 16 mos I had it happen early on (my own fault) but I was able to get a hold of it before it got too bad. Thankful for that but the threat is always there for me now. There needs to be more education from wls drs on this.
I wish I knew how much having the surgery would change my life for the better. I would have had surgery even sooner!
