15 minute warm-up on the treadmill followed by strength training.  Jumped rope between sets.

 today was going to be the start of my 30 min workouts, but I am thinking I won't be able to do that, I enjoy my workouts to much.
today was legs, shoulders and triceps, cardio in between sets... 10 min warm up on elliptical, then 10 min on bike, then stairs (real ones 2 flights) 10 times and then 5 min treadmill

I did 2.5 miles this morning. When my 8 year old got home he wanted to go run so we went and did a mile. That was one of my best miles ever!!!

30 minute dog walk.
Not feeling it today. Feeling VERY worn out and run down. Not sure what's up.

Rough 3.5 miles today.  The potty kept calling me, and I finally called it quits after the 3rd trip.

was in Puerto Rico for a few days and although I didn't have access to a computer I did keep up with my goal of daily exercise and would do laps around a local park alternating between walking and jogging laps for 35-60 minutes each day...nice to be home but miss the warmth!

I did a swim workout. I wasn't able to get into the pool early (no free lanes) but I still managed to get in 2100 yards!
