Lap Band on 11/17/09 with
 1250 meter swim

50 mile ride today, my first ride on the tri bike since getting it fitted and getting some more comfier aero bars.  I'm no Bill or Dan, but I felt like I did pretty good with all the hills 2380 in elevation.  Around mile 40 I seriously hit a nutrition problem - its one of the first times that has happened to me..  found a store and a gatorade and I perked right up.

for those interested in my pathetic numbers:

Nothing pathetic about those numbers... Remember this is my third season coming up, and Dan probably longer, it takes time to work up your legs. You are doing great.
