I hear ya.. by the way 34 mph in the aero's is pretty freaking intense, I have to say.

I am totally wiped right now, it was pretty hot today, like 82 with 80% humidity, not sure I had a 13 mile run in me after that ride.. And Orlando will be worse...  I am still rethinking my sanity signing up for this thing!

you'll be fine, just make sure you do a couple of bricks off your long rides prior to your taper.  and orlando is pretty flat, small rollers only and sometimes a bit of headwind, but nothing like 2K elevation gain.  the bike leg is good, it's the run in the heat that is a killer down there.  i hope you get good weather (and believe it or not, cloudy and rainy w/o thunderstorms would be good there :) )
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

75 minutes on the bike trainer out in the garage in 85 degree heat and South GA humidity. When I was done I looked like I had jumped in a pool.

1 hour zumba class. Wish I could have done a little walking/jogging on treadmill too but the nursery closes right after zumba so I had to bust the kiddo out of there.
