Gonna power walk the 'hood tonight....it is 3 miles and very hilly.  Always leaves the lower body muscles nice and sore after that walk!

This evening will be upper body work with weights, ab work and 60 minutes of Zumba

At lunch will be 1/2 hour power walk - but that is more for my mental health than physical health.

I skipped the gym this morning because I had a twenty hour day yesterday between a work meeting and a long drive to get to it.

So tonight: karate class for one hour, then get in my one mile run after class, come hell or highwater. Still striving for a ten minute mile by June 4th, and I am not even close.

15 minute swim and 15 minute run just to stay loose.  Also had some massage and light art this morning and met a pro-triathlete which was kind of cool.  Gave me some advice and had a nice chat.  Had his bike out front too, one of the top of the line cervelo's all decked out.  Pretty hot.
