3 min 6.5 X 6
3 min 4.5 X 6 Active recovery
5 min Cool down just under 4 miles.

No weights today.

Still not the best at the swim yet but I have proven tomyself I can do it plus more now I just need to improve my technique and distance.

Sounds like a good work out that you have going for yourself there. I have joined a gym at YMCA 2 weeks ago. I am doing free weights & seated bench press in the weight room, walk the track, racquetball & basketball. I do get a good work out their. Soon, I'll be adding hydro fit class and swimming to my work out. The possibility are endless. Keep up the great work you are doing.
