Tuesdays Workouts!!!

I hit the road this morning for two mile repeats.  First 8:19, Second 8:24 but for the second I actually ran faster and took about 40 meters to catch my breathe at the 3/4 mile mark so the time was slower.  The total with the warm up and cool down was 3 miles.

What did you do today???

I got up early this morning for a brief 20 minutes on the elliptical. I might do 20 more tonight.

30 minute run/walk (using C25K program).  That's all I could manage today.  I am in AGONY from the beating my legs took with my trainer yesterday.  So sore I can barely manage to sit down without being reduced to tears.  I love health!

my first 1hr session with the trainer (at 730am... after getting off work at 1am.... wow). It was like my 30 minute sessions sandwiched between a bigger warm up and longer cardio
warm up - walking lunges, low jacks, pushups, back kicks (I call them butt kickers... no idea what they really are)more low jacks

5 stations, 5 rounds, 1 minute each
- box step ups, walking plank, sumo squat high pull (45lb for 3rounds, 24 for middle 2), plank pulls and bench climbers

Treadmill - 3.4 w/ increasing incline 2,5,9, 11, 7,9, 12, 15
then 2.0 incline with 1 minute speed intervals

travel day so no workout on tuesday... i'm in Moscow for a week.  and it is cold here.  i mean cold.  like sub zero, ice cream headache walking down the street windy cold.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Had a 30 minute session with my trainer which consisted of dumbells (tri's & bi's), kettle balls, TRX suspension, sprawls, and an hour spin class.
