Exercise is a part of my everyday life and I make time to do it in the morning. My usual exercise is cycling, running, jogging and yoga. Yoga helps me to relax my body and mind and it helps me to improve my flexibility and breathing while cardio workouts help me to have a better life.

I run usually 4 days a week. I have started taking a yoga class. I really like it. I have stopped cycling after I gave myself carpal tunnel during RAGBRAI.

This weekend will be marathon number two for me. IMT Des Moines. Last one was 3 years ago, I hope to improve my 6:19 time...

This year started off really tough with iron deficiency anemia, but I feel like I am back on track.
