Well I did not get one of my run done this past week so I will make sure I get it done this week. It has been a rough time for me. Been ill and my body just can not seem to fight this cold. It has moved into the chest again so looks like another trip to the doctor.
Monday- 60 minute bike ride with 30 minute tempo
Tue- 60 minute run and 60 minute swim
wed- s/f 30 minutes and 60 minute easy swim
Thursday- 60 minute run and 20 minute s/f
Friday- 70 minute ride jump off bike 15 minute run
Saturday 115 hard ride
Sunday 80 minute easy run
Congrats! I also did the C25K program many moons ago when I was just before I hit my goal weight. I played a lot of sports growing up but running for fun was never one of them, so I needed a lot of direction. Good luck with the training!

So last week at work they had an informational meeting about the Couch To 5K program. Since I have met my surgeon's weight loss goal I decided it was time to get off my rear end and get back into running (I used to love running when I was younger and always maxed out the PT test for the run while I was in the Army). It has been very easy to do and I just completed Week2 Run 1 yesterday. My goal is to run a complete 5K before fall.
WAY less saggy in the last year. If I had the money I would still have them done. I get complements on the definition all the time though.
