That's a good point about the annoying factor. I'll check out fitlist, thanks!

I have an app called fitlist-- I think it will do what you are looking for. Truth be told- it's annoying to use-I don't want to be bothered stopping after each machine (or even each workout) to log what it just did. I see it as the equivalent of walking around with a clipboard/notebook- just a nuisance. And I get annoyed that the gym will call a machine one name, the app calls it something else.
When I do strength- I just rotate between arm & legs with abs/core. 15reps, twice on each machine.

Oh, I haven't heard that one, I'll check it out! Thanks!

Hello. I am 6 mos. Post rny surgery and have just successfully lost over 100lbs. Here is my issue... when sitting in a chair or performing sit-ups, I feel as though my spine i****ting the surface. Sit-ups have almost become impossible. Has anyone experiencedown this and if so has it improved?

Wierd though eh? I've spent a lot of time this weekend pitching this as an app that needs developing to my husband haha. I'm going with fitocracy for now, but I'm not a fan.

Not only do you feel good after, soon, it will bum you out if you don't do it (whatever activity you land on). I was thinking, and another thing that might help the first few times, is to bring someone with you. At least until you are comfortable in a new environment.

Hi All-
I am a newbie. Had my first consult with my surgeon yesterday. Because of my insurance, my WLS will not be for at least six months. I HATE exercise. Walking I am okay with. A little weight lifting that is okay too. I have a recently torn meniscus so I am limited as to what I can do. But I feel I have to do something. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I have lost 122# and maintained the loss for 7 years with no exercise
YES! I have had so many people tell me how inspirational I am for them. That outweighs all the other negative brain talk :)
