Hey, all. Our new, local healthclub just opened on Thursday and my hubby and I did demo classes for the grand opening. I did 90 minutes of Pilates and felt wonderful. Today, I'm feeling a little punky - I think I'm coming down with the cold my younger daughter has.
Sunday - 1 hour CrossFit type class - which I LOVED and will probably sign up for in June - I just can't make it work in my schedule right now.
Monday - If I'm not dead from this cold, fence for 2 hours
TUesday - lift and maybe yoga
Wednesday - fence 2 hours
Thursday - rest
Friday - Pilates and lifting
Saturday - agility and lifting
Sunday - rest
Again, all of this assumes I do not have a rotten cold. Spent Friday and Saturday sitting in the car driving 5 hours each day to get child 1 who finished her freshman year at college.
Have a great week.

Thank you. I was 2TL in one event. Just this weekend - now a full week gone - I looked at the rankings of some of the people I fenced. Most of the folks who kicked my butt were rated in the top 20 in my age group in the nation. So, given that fact that I scored touches on some of these people is a big deal. I find that perspective is easier for me once I'm about a week out. I should be able to watch some of the video my husband did in the next few days.

Keep on losing!
