I think you should eat 5 times a day instead of 3 times. Increasing the number of times doesn't cause any harm but will help you from starving. We are strictly told not to starve in order to lose weight. You should have fruits, juices, salads, etc. in between to make you healthy. Also, drink green tea daily without adding sugar. Regular workout will also help you to reduce your weight.
It would be a good idea to get connected with a reputable bariatric surgeon/program in your area. WLS requires life long follow up to help you remain healthy. The new bariatric program can provide you with written guidelines and also a refresher visit with the dietician. This way you will receive information specific to you and the surgery you had.
Thank you for the recommendation. I also have a problem with drinking too much Coke and have been trying different drink options. I can't stand the taste of LaCroix or other sparkling waters either. I've tried Propel but that left an aftertaste, Bai Blueberry is actually pretty good but contains sugar alcohol so not sure that will work after surgery. I'll give the ICE water a try. Good luck on your journey :)

Call your doctor. This happened to me and it just kept getting worse until they finally did a scope and found I had a structure.

I found the post! stay under Diet and Nutrition. Type in the search box Vitamin Assistance. Look for post from Eggface. There are threads there for Bariatric Advantage.

I have not seen Bariatric Advantage in my local drug stores nor in Walmart. What I would do is pull up Bariatric Advantage company online and contact them to see if you can order directly from them. Also there is a form that you can download. Your surgeon needs to fill this form out and fax it to Bariatric Advantage, They will send you several vitamins at no cost for a limited time. The form is on this site somewhere, I saw it yesterday. I will post it for you when I find it again.

I make shepperd's pie in mini loaf pans, 3 oz ground beef, and an ounce or 2 of mashed potato, freeze them and just take out one at a time. I also do the same with mini meatloaf.
egg salad or devilled eggs,
Deli turkey/ham/summer sausage with a cheese stick.
Definitely call your doc if you can't keep anything down...
Are you keeping water down?
What are you eating?
At 2 months I couldn't (and still can't) eat all the things on the doctor's approved list, OR nearly as much as I'm 'allowed'.
Chicken, ground beef, pork... all gave me real problems... now at 4 months out, I can eat more, but still not everything easily every time.
I've thrown up the white 'foamies'... and the 'slimies'... and even my food if it's stuck pretty well.
We are still healing, and our pouches are still very tight in some cases.
I still drink 1-2 protein shakes a day to keep my protein levels higher.
