I use Unjury Planted Protein powder. It is pea protein and dairy free. I use the powder in my morning green smoothies for breakfast.

Being full is not a concept for me, so I drink as much water as possible.

Hope this helps!

Hello:

I was just wondering what lactose free protien powder is recommended or any protein power has shown success for you all to keep you full.

Topic: RE: What's your favorite way to "dress up" your protein shake?

Get some sugar-free coffee syrups - I use Torani. So - cold coffee, caramel shake, SF chocolate syrup and ice = Caramel Mocha Frappucino.

Chocolate Shake, Caramel SF sauce, PB 2 = snickers

Vanilla shake, frozen pineapple, SF coconut syrup = pina colada

Only your imagination can stop you. I regularly keep caramel, chocolate, vanilla, coconut and one or two other flavors around. I use them in shakes, coffees, etc.

Keep on losing!

Made some food modifications, and seem to finally have my sodium in check.

Seem to hit 500 cal without a prob, but when I hit 600, sodium levels seem to go thru the roof. Trying to keep less than 1500mg of sodium but not able to. Tend to sit around 2100.

Pls let me know if you have any ideas on reducing sodium while still keeping protein high, and fat and carbs low.

Thx~Jen

If you're religiously tracking everything you eat, it's probably just a stall and will pass. Make sure you're getting at least 64 ounces of liquid a day too.

I use a thermos to take high protein chili and soups or I will bring soup in a thermos and add unflavored protein before I eat. It definitely helps to mix it up!
