Conventional wisdom is that you won't see anything on ultrasound until your hCG levels exceed 1,000 mIU/ml

It is scary but give it time!

With my first pregnancy, I had one at almost 6 weeks, and even at that point there was barely anything to see.  I know it is easier said than done, but try not to worry at this point.  More than likely, everything will be fine.  Good luck, and hang in there, I know how hard it can be when you're waiting to hear that everything is alright!

Okay so I had my first prenatal appt today and dr says I'm most likely only 4 weeks along because she couldn't see anything on ultrasound just yet and I barely got a faint positive pregnancy test on the 29 of may which indicates I'm not that far along! I know I shouldn't be worried but I am! She ordered all my prenatal labs and Ofcourse she ordered for them to check my hcg levels so I did those labs right after my appt do hopefully I will hve an answer to how those labs by tomorrow! Did anyone else have an ultrasound really early on and not see anything?!?
