My baby is not quite 4 weeks old and I don't know if I am still eating larger quantities but I do feel like I eat continuously--with nursing I am always thirsty and/or hungry!!!
That's scary! Yeah, I know driving would be fine, but sitting in a car for 6-8 hours sounds horrendous. DH is going to do a 24 hour trip. Hope he lives it up, because it's game on when he comes home! Ha!
Thanks for your input! I asked her a while ago, and she told me no way in hell if I was 40 weeks pregnant would she let me fly ,but if I had a one-week old she wouldn't have an issue with that. Who knows. Anyway, he hasn't made his arrival yet ,so it's no longer an issue! :-) Thanks again!
Duh! I didn't even think of eardrums! I did some research after I read your reply, and you're totally right! It can damage baby ears! Eep! Thanks for your input!
Yes. Yes, I am nuts. Certifiable I am sure! Ha!
Thanks for your input. I'm still pregnant, so there's no way I'd take him this tiny if he were to come this week.
Thanks!
Hey Sara!
Thanks for the input. You guys are totally 100% right. I lost my mind for a moment. I was sort of hoping he would come last week, but since I appear to still be pregnant, there is NO way I would take a baby this tiny to Vegas. Maybe if he were older. Anyway, thanks!
Not sure about the growth, but a heartbeat this early is always a good sign. Keep faith! Good luck, keep us posted.
The last time I had labs done was in Feb, before conception, and they were fine. My surgeon's office doesn't want to check my labs again until late June/early July. I haven't had any labs done to check hcg levels and I asked about that when I went for my second ultrasound. I was told that those levels only really matter in the very first weeks but that after the heart beats, they become fairly meaningless.
