Hit 100 pound lost mark this morning

1 day after my 7 month surgiversary, I awoke to see if I made it and I did.
Last August I was my highest weight ever at 275. This morning I was 174. I am so excited to finally be here. Tears literally streaming. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be and I have fought this last 20 pounds more than I have in the whole journey. I have learned to love and embrace my long walks, doing Zumba and yoga. I always have been a strong, confident woman but this weight loss journey has tested that - and at times I didn't know if I believed it anymore - but being here, now - a healthier woman, I stand more confident and clearer in my direction than ever before. I'm making big changes in many things in my life (relocating the family & a possible job change) and I am not sure if I could've done it before in quite the same way.
I am SO blessed this morning. Thank you to the OH Community for always being a big support.
