5 months post op w/ pics I hope

I'm always looking when ever ppl post before and after pics so I guess I could share some as well, even though I am not at the "after" part yet more like 2/3 of the way to MD goal, a little farther to my personal goal.

Stats - starting weight 340# 1/2012 (I don't have photos of this, I hid from cameras), surgery weight 306# 6/18/2012 thanks to the 2 week liquid diet and lifestyle changes made prior to surgery, today 236#. 104 total pounds lost!!! Monthly losses are in signature.

The last 5 months has been crazy, I have no physical hunger, I (knock on wood) have not thrown up since surgery, most foods agree with me, unless it is the "stuff" I shouldn't be eating, like ice cream.

I struggle every day with head hunger and emotional eating, but have gotten much better at controlling both. I also struggle to see the changes that everyone comments on when they see me. I still see the big girl in the mirror. It is the most uncomfortable thing to have ppl you barely know openly comment on your weight and want to know numbers. REALLY who asks a girl her weight!!!

I try to follow a 600-800 calorie under 40g carbs and 80-100g protein diet and use MFP to track, same name add me as a friend if you like.

I feel so much better now then 5 months ago, I can get around and do things with my family, I can go to the gym and not feel as self conscious as before. I don't remember feeling this good at this weight on the way up the scale. I can only see things getting better from here.
