I walked 1 mile on the treadmill and did 1 hour of weights at the Y this morning.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

5K - 1st 59:00(9/14) PR 33:45(9/15)

10K - 1:14(10/15) 1/2 - 1st 3/20/16

Today is going to be a simple day !!! Walked for about 2 miles just !!! :-) and I'm ok with that I needed a break ....

95 minutes of yoga - all 5 beginner classes for back pain, 30 min beginner balance!  I had planned on doing 125 minutes of yoga, but when I went to start the last 30 minute class the teacher voice said, "listen to your body" and I said, "yes, I'll do that" and stopped the class :P  I was getting a bit wobbly and didn't trust that I'd be able to maintain safe and good form if I did 30 more minutes.

I got back up to 7 minutes on the elliptical. Go me! My pulse was 131 and I had to walk a bit as a cool down I was not able to sit. How accurate is the calorie burn thing on these machines? Its got to be difficult to calculate that.

I did 30 minutes of circuit training to Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred."  It's available on YouTube :-)

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical arc trainer and 30 minutes on the stair machine (135 flights!).  

 

I was shocked at how low my heart rate was on the elliptical.  I was at the highest incline with the resistance at 21 and my heart rate was at like 105 for the first 15 minutes.  By the end I was up to 120.  I'm wondering if the monitor was off on that machine.  It just seemed really low.  

I ended up getting super sweaty on the stair machine.

I hiked to see the most amazing waterfall near Ithica NY.   I was on my way back from vacation and decided to stop and explore.  Love doing things outdoors. Never feels like exercise, but it was a good hike.
