Aug 29 Exercise Report - What did you do today?
I walked 1 mile on the treadmill and did 1 hour of weights at the Y this morning.

95 minutes of yoga - all 5 beginner classes for back pain, 30 min beginner balance! I had planned on doing 125 minutes of yoga, but when I went to start the last 30 minute class the teacher voice said, "listen to your body" and I said, "yes, I'll do that" and stopped the class :P I was getting a bit wobbly and didn't trust that I'd be able to maintain safe and good form if I did 30 more minutes.

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical arc trainer and 30 minutes on the stair machine (135 flights!).
I was shocked at how low my heart rate was on the elliptical. I was at the highest incline with the resistance at 21 and my heart rate was at like 105 for the first 15 minutes. By the end I was up to 120. I'm wondering if the monitor was off on that machine. It just seemed really low.
I ended up getting super sweaty on the stair machine.
