I did 2 miles on the treadmill last night in 32 minutes and I did 45 minutes of weights at the Y.   Today might be an off day.

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

5K - 1st 59:00(9/14) PR 33:45(9/15)

10K - 1:14(10/15) 1/2 - 1st 3/20/16

Today is Zumba followed by my firs****er aerobics class!  Then I'll spend the afternoon wandering around National Harbor.

I have my check up today followed by a nice long walk on the beach with my hubby and no oooooo kids :-)

Gwen the water aerobics sounds awesome enjoy!!! :-)

I'll be swimming after work, either for 45 minutes or an hour.  Fingers crossed I get my own lane!  (Always dicey on the weeknights).

Yesterday I did yoga and a walk at lunch.

 

Today I'm doing a lifting class and probably a 3 mile run.

Yesterday, I upped my time to 9 minutes on the elliptical. Unfortunately, I felt a little pain in my knee while walking stairs so I will skip the elliptical today. I will still get in my 9k-10 steps.

I did week 2, day 2 of my couch to 5k app.  I am RUNNING! I can't believe it! And not just like 10 seconds like before surgery. This week it's a minute and a half at a time! I also did this ten minute arm workout that I'd found on Pinterest. It's only 10 minutes, but I definitely feel the burn. 

 HW: 275  SW: 267.4 (1st day of pre-op diet)  Pre-op: -16.5lbs  M1:-17.8  M2:-11.9  M3:-12.5   M4:-16.5   M5:-10.5   M6:-5.1
