3 lbs in one day... - Sometimes I think I am losing too slow... then bam... 3 lbs in one day... woo hoo Weight training has been a big boost. so far I have lost 7 lbs in 10 days.... i love my sleeve......

3 lbs in one day at 18 weeks - I have lost a total of 5 lbs this week, 1 lb on monday, 1 lb on friday and 3 lbs this morning...  I was so amazed i weighed myself twice...  LOL So as of today my total is 81 lbs ...
