Another FREE sample.

Free samples from Permalean. The protein bars tasted like dry natural pb. Not so good. But I bet it would stay in the pouch for a while. Protein powder came in these ziploc bags.. Thought it was a little weird but, Im still gonna try em  LOL

Ill let you know.

 

Got my CHIKE samples.. I want to try them but, I dont want to waste them.. Because alot of people say our tastebuds change after surgery.. so I wont even know if Ill like it. So anxious to get started..


I ordered Unjury:   Chicken Soup and unflavored. [still waiting on them]

Doc said Im cleared for surgery! 

Says takes about 21 days...

Im sooooooo anxious!  I dont want to wait 21 days!

I hope I get the surgery before the end of the year!!  
I dont want to be a pain in the butt, but I know how offices work. Ive worked in many. annnd the squeeky [nice, polite] "customer" .... gets the grease.. Should I call them? When?

I didnt think I would like these but, I gave em a shot and... I do!  Yay!

Tastes like RED Kool-Aid without sugar. Oh-Yea!

She felt as though I have learned alot since the last time she saw me and that Im ready for surgery!     



She wants to see me one more time AFTER I see the surgeon on November 4, 2011. 

Soooo after I see her on the 14th Im fully expecting to have my submission to insurance sent.


I've jumped through all the hoops:


1]Nutritionist [made and met goals]

2]PCP on board [Need written medical clearance for surgery within 30 days of surgery scheduled for:
Nov 29th]

3]Pulmonologist w/ PFT [pulmonary fucntion test]

4]Behaviorist

5]Attended support groups

6]Cardiologist EKG / Stress Echocardiography


PRE - ADMISSION - TESTING [COMES NEXT] AND I CANT WAIT !!

I went to see the dieticien and I told her Im building my "Bible" of RNY information. Have bought ALL my vitamins and received my 14 different sample packets from Syntrax Nectar in the mail. Oh and bought 2 Isopure RTD 20 oz bottles. She felt I was very prepared and would clear me for surgery. She also said  they "only require a multivitamin and Calcium with D". WOW! What about the Iron Carbonyl, Vitamin C, D3, Biotin and B12 [sublingual]??

Im glad thats over with. I was worried for nothing. My resting heart rate was 119 and I had to walk on the tredmill at an angle until I reached 158 or above. It took 6 minutes. I was really out of breath and sweating. Another big test / appointment checked off the pre-op list. YAY

I kinda dropped out for a few months...   [I was REALLY, REALLY depressed]. 
But I have all my appointments re-scheduled. Echo, dietician, behaviorist and of course the surgeon.
 
Im hoping since the "6 months" has passed since my initial appointment that all I have to do now is go to these appointments and then get a surgery date...
 
Im hoping for a Nov-Dec date.

Im now on pain medicine for back, hip and ankle pain. Sad BUT now I CAN move.
