Feeling great today, snowy beautiful day!!

 Although the last two day prior I have not felt my best, today is way better.  My knee hurt a lot less today and so I went and got my 1 1/2 mile walk in and my swimming.  Sat in the sauna and back into the pool.   Then a nice walk back home from the pool in the snow!!   

I struggled with my eating the last two days.  My body can feel the difference in my joints and over all feelings.  

This sometimes is so easy to keep going and pushing myself and then there are days when I think I will never make to even my goal.  Ug.... One day at a time Sherrie!!  Nutrition + EXCERSIZE  = success .   I know I will make it and maintain!!  I can do this!!  I know I want to do so many things and I will be able to do them!!!!!!!!!

Wow these days have been fabulous!!

 Hello everyone, just wanted to pop on here for a minute....long day!

Got my nutrition! Great job on it!
Then Trip to Everett by train, walking, bus, walking, bus, bus, walking, train, and walking (1.25 miles walking).
Then got home and started with my:
11.75 miles on the bike
1.25 mile walk threadmill 
30 minute swim
15 minutes sauna
10 minutes hot tub

Now going to get off of here and take my vitamins!!

Longest bike ride for me since surgery!

 I just got done with a 20.09 mile bike ride..... Dang I feel great, but my legs feel like rubber. The tingles and twinges in my butt and legs feels GREAT, love that feeling!! I feel accomplished today! I know I can accomplish these work outs.... Pushing my limits further and further!!

Food journal looks great!  Lost another pound!  Current weight 312!!   Lost 342!!

I just spent so much time filling in my journey and was almost done with it.  Then it crashed on the iPad.  Uggg!  Not sure when I will take the time to that again.  I will continue to blog here.  It has my story...lol.  Darn it.  Hope everyone is having a great week!!!

Today was a beautiful day full of action!! Loved it!

Tonight I did my walk of 2 and a half miles!!  My body feels so good... Beat my butt to get that last half mile. I loved it!  Stretching and then a long hot bath. Today was a steadily busy day. Made beef jerky. Made fruit leather. Made the pot roast, with potatoes, carrots, and onions. Made a special gravy sauce for the potatoes.  Had to go to the store twice.   Bernard and his kids and another guest.... Loved it. Then I also had made healthy dessert, that were 12 grams of protien each and very low fat peanut butter, 1 tbl of coconut oil, fine chopped nuts, and no added sugar.  Well had a bit of honey but natural and not to much. So it was all good. They loved them to.  Then I cooked the meat that I use for meals. I put it into individual servings and it makes things simple!! Love it, got so much done!! Pull out of the freezer when we need it. It can be used in pho, soups, eaten plain, just so versatile. Protien!!! 

Anyhow I rate this a number one type day! Eating was great!! 
I can rest my head feeling great!

Busy busy busy...feeling great!

 Today I have accomplished so much.  The house is so clean, smells great in here as I sit here smelling the dried fruit leather finishing itself up.  They jerky is the fridge freshly made.  The pot roast is nearing the end.  Yes,  this is food, but I have my food nutrition under control.  I love to cook, and I am not an eater while I cook.  We have the kids coming over for dinner so looking forward to that fun.  I love knowing that I have cooked healthy and they love the taste.  Win win win!  

Yesterday I did a 9 mile bike ride on my stationary with a good resistance.  Also did my arm EXCERSIZE and yoga stretches.  Loved it.  I am heading over today to do my walk.  I am going to strive for a 2 mile or more walk.  I found the other day that I could go more so ip am sticking with it.  My goal this year was to do at least a mile and a quarter every day I walk.  Wich is almost every day except the days I do the bike.  I want to keep my body guessing what is coming next.  Then I will hop in the pool for some aerobic excersize.  

I have lost and today was down to 313.  Loving the fact that I have broken my plateau although I know that my body has been going through plateaus for a while now and they will come then break them come again.  I will keep at this.  This is my journey for life.  Through out my years to come it will look different but one thing for sure EXCERSIZE and EATING right will always be number one for me!!

What a beautiful day!! Super workout so smooth today!!

 Awesome work out part one for today!!  Walked 2.38 miles today at varied speeds of 3.0 - 3.6 miles per hour!!!!   Loved it!!  Body has that great tingly work out kick Azz feeling!   Gonna hop in the tub then head over for a great swim at 3 pm.  Thank you God loved our conversation today.   Oh, plus I was stretching yoga type stretches today prior to my walk for like 15 minutes, and did 15 minutes of arms stretching aerobics.  For some reason my walk today was with less difficulty but felt like a great workout... Really pushing that last mile... But I felt this power from within!!!   Oh, and I noticed today while putting on my favorite running shoes that the soles are actually wearing down.... Something new for me... Wow... To have a pair of shoes not look new after a year of wearing them!!!  I love it!!!   So many things.. every day that so many take for granted.. I thanking God for all of the many blessings in my life from the smallest to the biggest!!!!      AMEN!!!   Hugs to you all and keep at inch by inch it becomes a cinch!!! Sherrie

Great day..technically yesterday...but

 I am going to bed after this post....it is nighty time but wanted to post in my blog:

" ‎1.30 miles done tonight walking (pushed my levels of speed to vary my workout)....an hour of swimming.... Hot tub and sauna to wrap it up!! Had to self talk myself through the last few notches of that last part of my walk!! Such a great feeling to know I did it! Food diary looks great with my nutrition for the day....now I need to get my but to sleep for a nights rest. Oh, I went to the thrift store and got a new pair of jeans... Not the elastic waste kind either! It was actually fun, tried two pairs on and picked wich ones I liked the best.... It was nice to not have to buy whatever was the biggest just to cover my body!! I had plenty of choice, chose two I liked best, then tried them on and bought my favorite of the two. Loved it!! ".

 Alright!!!!!! Lost a bit more weight! Down to 318! Pound by pound I'm going down!! Oh let me be a part of the 200 club.... Bring on the 299!!
I am loving to see those scale numbers when they go down.  Started writing down everything again that goes in.   Was not for a bit writing down.  EXCERSIZE is going great.  Need to get my knee feeling not as sore.  But I am not giving up!  I want to go back to the knee surgeon in the next 50 pounds to see about knee surgery.  Probably will be after my honeymoon.  

The house is clean but I think I am going to vacuum it again just for the EXCERSIZE...lol.  It is raining outside, yuck.  Maybe I will dance around while I do it.  
This morning while I was making my protein breakfast I was walking in place.  Silly, but my thought is anything I can make in movement is going to be added plus benefits to my body movements for the day. They all add up.  Right?!
