Pre-Op

Today I did my pre-op appointment. We talked about any questions or concerns and what to expect. My surgeon was surprised when I told him that the Carbs on the protein shake they recomend was higher than the paper states and that there is one in the store that has less Carbs. He said it was ok to use that instead. WIN, Win as the protein shake they recomend is $75 and the other one is $15. Everything is starting to get real. I have started packing my overnight bag and put my time off in at work.
