What am I eating today?

So today is the first day I'm going to start logging my food online.  I've used the website - myfitnesspal - as a trial.  I'm goig to keep this up so that I can see how close I am to what I am hoping to keep to which is shown below.

Unfortunately I'm a bit up on cals, and carbs today so will have to remedy this tomorrow.  A good lesson learned.

Breakfast  - 7oz skimmed milk & half a banana
Snack       - LF Skinny Latte - Tall
Lunch       - 1/8th corned beef quich (home made so no pastry)
Snack      - 20oz berry protein drink
Dinnner    - Roast Chicken (1/2 cup max) + chicken gravy

ACTUAL
Protein - 72 g
Cals  - 604
Fat - 23g
Carbs 44g

TARGET :
Cals : 500
Protein : 70 g
Fat : 30g
Carbs 40g per day
