I am not sure, maybe that's something your doctor's office can recommend? Depending on your situation there may be specific exercises that you could do to improve range of motion, strength and balance but a trainer or a physio would be able to make the best recommendations. Good luck!

This has been a tough year for many and there are a lot working to redevelop good habits. All you can do is start where you are and begin moving forward again. Figure out what the first change you can stick with is snd make that step one and then just keep going!

Well first of all OF COURSE I have to say congrats on losing WOW .... 200 lbs !!!!
I'll happily share with U everything I know about skin but I'll be very honest also - for your level right now you probably need surgical skin removal .
I can recommend you the best artist in the world to Re- sculpt you . He literally made me into a hottie from well- an apple shaped flat assed chick with a pretty face ( thank God ) and good legs .
