1.  SF Popsicles (Blue Bell SF Bullets to be exact)
2.  Cheese sticks
3.  Fish (prefer grilled catfish but can do salmon)
4.  SF candy (Hershey SF mini's and SF Reese's PB cups)
5.  Roast beef, or a pork loin, cooked in the Super Secret Family Coke recipe in the crock pot.
6.  Triscuits

If you aren't having gall stones then keep it.  If you do have the gall stones then what's a few more scars on the abdomen?  Get a second opinion.

Nicorette and/or toothpicks to satisfy the craving and having something in your hands.  Must have worked because come mid-August I'll have been off of them for ten years.

On men's jeans they also have what is called a "relaxed fit"  They are not as snug in the seat or as short in the stride.  They don't feel like the intersection of the pant leg inseams and the seam holding the zipper and butt halves together is riding right at the base of the "boys".  Other option is getting the "stretch" jeans.  Just like they name implies they have some stretch in the material.  Try some of those next time you go jean shopping.
