My Ironman Canada Report

It's only been 2.5 weeks since I did Ironman Canada and three weeks since I wrote anything for the blog. So maybe I should get off my duff and write this race report, eh?

Ironman Canada was an interesting experience - fun, social, frustrating and triumphant at the same time. Since I have so much to say, I think I'll break it up into a series of posts:

Race Week

The Race

The Aftermath

Good for you! You must be so proud of yourself! I bet it feels great to push your body as much as you do and succeed in such a big way.

Awesome job. Enjoyed reading your review. Always amazed with how you can put three awesome events togther in one event. I'm basically done after one. Enjoy your finisher status.

Glad you guys enjoyed the reports. I'm always sure I wrote too much and then later on I think of 3 things I forgot to say!
