MONDAY WORKOUTS

I got up early and did a fat burn HIT workout on exercise on demand from our satellite TV then went for a short run at the Y about 2 miles; my knees were really sore for some reason.
What did everyone else do?

15 minutes on the bike until my knee said no more so I did an aerobics class instead. Not that my knee liked that either but still got a workout in.

Oops...wrong thread.  The 40 minute run was my Tuesday workout!  Monday was my off day but I did manage to go walk with my mom and son for about 35-40 minutes.

3 miles after work and I felt like dog S%$#.  I think I'm actually getting slower and losing endurance.
Looking at my times, it certainly was slower, and it felt much harder.  It wasn't even hot out, so I don't have that for an excuse.

Week 2 Day 2 of C25K.  Ended up only doing 2.2 miles and not really enjoying it.  But like medicine that helps when you are sick, it will make me stronger and faster~  It will all be worth it when I get my first medal!

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

Great attitude Kat!  I don't always enjoy my runs either.  Some seem so much harder than others for some reason but I do always enjoy how good I feel after!!!

Thanks for the support!  Its good to hear not everyone has a great run, everyday.  Even Scott's post made me feel better aboout it!
