Monday Workouts!!!

I'm kind of pissed at myself because I talked myself into a crappy run this morning.  I was going to do 3 sub 9 minute miles.  I did one in 8:30 and started the second but quit at a quarter mile.  There was no great reason to stop.  My lungs were alright and my legs were okay too but it was cold and I had go get home to wake  up my kid for school.  Time wasn't that urgent though so I didn't have a good reason to stop.  Maybe I'll make it up later or run tomorrow (I've been pretty consistant with every other day).   Anyway...

So what are you up to today???

going to te doctor today-finally have to admit defeat, and get this upper resp mess dealt with....tried some yoga yesterday, but you can't really do it right when you can't breathe......ugh.

I ran 16.63 miles this morning. 2:41:05 at a 9:41 average pace. Avg Hear Rate was 124 BPM. Nice and steady base run. It truly was a perfect morning. 60*, a little fog rising off the grass and nice & peaceful. I am teaching 1 hour of Spin Tonight...
