I am finally recovered enough to get back to exercising. It'll be a slow process, but something is better than nothing and I've got to start sometime.

Mon - yoga
Tues - walk
Wed - pilates class, yoga class
Thurs - walk
Fri - zenga class (whatever the hell that is), tai chi class, pilates class
Saturday - yoga
Sunday - walk

I've got a goal of 15 minutes of exercise or 5000 steps every day, so I need to work on that!

Tracking calories definitely seems like it would be worthwhile. It's the best first step when you're weight isn't doing what you want it to for no apparent reason. With what you've listed, I don't see how you're at 1400 calories, since that's not a lot of food, so tracking would be wise!

Gaining weight and can not figure it out. I am almost wondering even though I am 8 years out if i called the clinic if they would let me see the dietitian or not

My breakfast is usually a banana with peanut butter.

lunch is my issue since we do not get lunch break and eat walking to a bus stop. usually sometime of protein bar

dinner is 2 oz of meat and vegetable or a soup. in the winter lots of soup due to the fact I am so cold when i come in. nothing like home made soup.

I am going back to counting calories and see what is going on. I know i take in abut 1400 calories a day

I am feeling real down. I need to do some exercise

Christmas day nothing

Boxing day nothing

Wed nothing but a few step ups real fast on the curb waiting for the bus

thursday was the same as wed

Friday going to the gym even if it kills me. going to do a barre class.

saturday if the sidewalk is safe going for a run.

sunday nothing

I am going to be setting the bike up and getting it on the trainer. I am having bad issues with weight gain and I can not figure it out. I guess I am just a failure
