i am still not well and so frustrated. Tried to do a run last Wed and my trainer was so understanding and worried about me. Just could not get air into my lungs but I still did my swim after wards. It has been a tough few weeks and still not better. Easier for me to ride than run but still trying to get some run in.

Monday 115 minute bike ride

Tue 60 minute swim and a 60 minute ride

Wed 80 minute easy run and a 60 minute swim

Thursday run 60 minute and strength training

Friday strength training

Ride 130 minute bike ride 15 minute run right after bike ride

Sunday 60 easy ride

Did some bike riding. Also did a lot of lawn mowing...Gas push mower. Also walked and picked up garbage at the farm. My wife and I have about 2 acres that need to be mowed by hand...I do a lot of it, but also use some guys in a drug rehab program to help. I mowed yesterday and today. Also I got my new toy today!! Big boy toy. I will still do a lot of hand mowing at the farm...Where my new flail mower can't reach. But it will be a lot easier work...If the creek don't rise.

I think I will take this week (Mon-Fri) and do cardio. I'll go between elliptical and treadmill machines and taking a class of some sort. If I feel froggy I may do some core work because it is pretty weak.

Saturday and Sunday probably will be nothing formal. I'll clean the house and car. I may get in the pool with my son and "help" him get acclimated to the water.
