I'd like to work out this week, but I'm still at the point where my kidney stone is making movement a challenge. But here's what I'm hoping for:
Monday: nothing
Tuesday: running, yoga for stretching (even if it's a super short run I want to make this happen)
Wednesday: yoga
Thursday: running, yoga for stretching
Friday: fitness classes (pilates/yoga hybrid, tai chi, pilates)
Saturday: yoga
Sunday: running, yoga for stretching

No. Exercise can only tightened muscles. However you Wil get much better results with plastic surgery if your muscles are toned.

I have not been exercising because I've been in a lot of pain from a kidney stone. Hopefully I'll get some yoga in this week and fitness classes on Friday. I'm also going to a race with my partner this weekend (I'm not racing since I don't like the race organization at this one). He's doing a 5k on Saturday evening and a half marathon on Sunday morning. I'm hoping that being at the race will motivate me to run through the pain so I can get running again!! I love the atmosphere at races.

I'm jumping in here, because I think for the first time in my life I love working out! I'm looking to add in C25k instead of some of my walks, but right now I have a walking partner who I'm not sure is looking to run, so I need figure that out.
