Wed master swim and some strength training
Thursday hoping for bike ride on trainer but it all depends on what the doctor has to say on some test results for my husband. Just praying it is not cancer

Walkman's rocked in the day. I use an IPod. When I work out/walk I put it in a plastic baggy and clip it to my shirt with a binder metal clip on my tank which is under another shirt. Download music from iTunes. My husband uses his phone and listens to Spotify. My phone is cumbersome to carry around.
nah, don't want to listen to cassettes, just looking to listen to anything. what is a good site to download music/ or how do I do it, I have never done that before.
Get busy livin' or get busy dyin' ![]()
