Sounds like you need to talk to your MD and see what's going on--to see if you have a thyroid problem-and why you are holding onto 10 lbs of fluid.
Wow thanks everyone just because I am crazy and in disbelief I took another digital since last night it said negative and it said pregnant also so I guess it is true not to mention I went to the dr today to get a blood test and will see my Gyno next Thursday!!! I'm excited and scared all in once oh yah and tiredddd!!!

Congratulations!!! Omg, how exciting! What an amazing blessing. Be sure to coordinate your care with your surgeon and your OBgyn. Hugs!
Help!! My son is 3 years old and I can't lose the weight I gained with pregnancy.
I am post -op RN-Y 7 years. I have had 2 pregnancies (one miscarriage and one successful since surgery).
Pre-op 324, After Op, stayed 130-150 until last pregnancy. Gained to 200. I fluctuate 200-215 but, I still don't eat as much as my 3 year old. Now any type of weight loss seems impossible with dieting and working out. I have tried weigh****chers, sensa, chai seeds, no carbs etc. Lots of fluid retention. I took water pill yesterday and I am down 10 pounds in less than 18 hours.
Any ideas!!!
with 3 positive test its not a false positive congrats mommy have a happy and healthy 9 months :)
I gained only about 15 pounds for each of my pregnancies. I lost about 30 or more within a month of delivering. For me, breast feeding, protein, veggies, lots of water and moving more made it melt away. I found that the less I ate, the less weight was dropping. I think with the babies feeding, my body thought I was starving and was trying to hold onto the weight. Good luck!

I read somewhere that the digital tests require a slightly higher level of pregnancy hormones than the other tests do, but I think your pregnancy hormone levels double each day early in pregnancy, so what you're saying makes sense. How exciting!!!!! :-)
