HEY OH FRIENDS WATS GOOD?    WELL ITS BEEN A BIT SENSE I'VE LAST POSTED SOMETHING ABOUT ME................WELL HERE I GO.... I'M DOWN TO 168LBS. I HAVEN'T HAD MUCH PROMBLEMS SENSE MY LAST STRECHING............YES SOMETIMES I EAT TO FAST OR TO MUCH AND I GET PAINS AND START TO  BUT FOR THE MOST PART EVERYTHING IS GOOD..........I'M INTO A SIZE 11/ 12 SOMETIMES 10 IN PANTS AND A MEDUIM OR LARGE IN SHIRTS...................I AM SO HAPPY I JUST CAN'T WAIT TILL I'M DOWN TO AT LEAST 140LBS.......I'M ALMOST TO MY 100 LBS MARKER.....................I STARTED MY JOURNEY AT 265 JUST 3 MORE POUNDS TO GO.....................................................................AS FOR WORKING OUT WELL I TRY BUT I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET MOTAVATED BUT I WILL START ON MONDAY AT 6AM.............WELL MY FRIENDS ENDING MY UPDATE HERE TTYL..........................

 

hello my OH friends .............  I know its been a few weeks sense i posted last.. I stop weighing myself due to the fact that all the scales i get on give me diffrent amounts...thats okay i know that i've lost more cause now i can fit into soje 10,11,and 12 depends on the style of the pants.........i'm also down rom a 3x to a size M or L...........i'm just a lil fustrated cause sometimes i'm able to eat and other days i can't..................i'm glad that i don't have to do anymore strechings well thats wat they say to me so lets just wait and see......well my friends i have to end here ........my daughter has to be in school in a lil bit........oh yeah i go to the dr on friday so i'll keep everyone posted...........

HEY MY OH FRIENDS JUST WANTED TO LET  YA KNOW  THAT I AM DOING GOOD I'M ABLE TO KEEP FOOD IN .........I JUST TRIED SALAD FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER MY SURGERY AND I DID GREAT........I WAS ABLE TO KEEP IT ALL IN SO NOW I'M GONNA STICK TO SALADS W/ CHICKEN AND OTHER KINDS OF MEATS W/ IT..........HAPPY 2008!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello my OH friends....... just wanted to let u know that i had my third streching and hopefully the last one...........The Dr. stated tat he only had to strech it a bite not as much as he had to do the other 2 times so i'm glad..............i was able to keep in a whole meal on sunday and yesterday..............I had the streching on thursday and by the time i got back home i just wanted to sleep ...the next day i tried to eat something but i just wasn't  feeling up to it .........i did take a few bites but thats all i was able to do...................................so saturday i ried to eat too but as friday just was only able to pick at my food , but like my Dr says at least u tried.........i took the kids to c Alvin and the chipmunks I loved it and i tried to munch on some nachos had a few before i got full so I just ended up giving them away ...... When we got home we went out to eat but I was so uncomfterble that we took the food to go....not ready after almost 4 months to eat out..............so  i lost a few more lbs. i'm at 179lbs............ my mom gave me a pair of pants size 11 so i can have when i get that size and just for fun tried them on yesterday and they fit i was like omg couldn't remember the last time i was that size.........well my friends i have to end this update here just got in and i'm gonna get ready to make dinner for the family........ if anyone ever wants to IM me u can do so here is my IM screen name  [email protected] ....... i am always on

well hello my OH friends ............Hope everyone is doing good..............just wanted to vent and thought about my OH friends... So the last time i wrote i told u's about my second streching ...well i called the dr and my thrid streching is on thursday.........well enough about that....let me tell my OH fri4ends y i'm pissed ...............today @ work I was in so much pain and I went to my supervisor and he was such a asshole...He just ignored me and that pissed me off ........I had to do operation sunshine.....if no one knows wat that is its something we do for christmas when families call for help......well least to say I asked him if I can stay back cause i was in so much pain and he was like NO I promised them that u and ur co-worker r gonna be there all week.........if i knew that i wouldn't get fired i would of killed him...........so i went and donated my time in pain and the girls over there were like wat the hell r u doing over here in pain so they send me back to my building around 2:30 and my super was like y r u back so early.................I was like cause unlike u other people have consideration that i had surgery and that i was in pain
..................So I told him that if the pain contiued i wasn't coming in he was like u can't do that u have no time off to do that I was like then i'll take it w/out pay but my health comes first..................my super was so cool before now he's acting like such a asshole and we think its because of the 2 new ladies in the building....................he is a typical male...the ones that only care how they look and fuck everyone else................well enough let me tell u about my pain ..........i was doing good for the past week i was able to eat w/ out getting sick and today it all went down the hole...........i haven't been able to eat cause when i do the pain gets worse and drinking well the same feeling...........well if anyone has any advise or suggestions please feel free to rite me and let me know

hello my OH friends just wanted to give u guys an update on how I am doing.................Well not sure if I mentioned to u's about my second streching .... I thought that everthing was cool but to my understanding I was doing good but I wasn't it ended up closing again,,,,and let me tell u after that streching I was in so much pain .......My stomach felt like it was on fire....... I was cramping and all ....... now that  thats done i was hoping to be able to eat but nope I still can't i'm still having trouble keep food down ....... I can't wait till I can keep my food in..... I have to call the Dr. for my third streching....not looking forward to it but wat can u do.............well i'll talk to u later.........
