monday workouts
60 minutes on the dreadmill for a total of 4.7 miles.
35 minutes weights (Back, calves, chest)
I amazed myself today and was able to pull off 2.5 of them without stopping to walk for my standard tenth of a mile. I finally invested in a good pair of shoes this weekend and got them from a running store with the whole analysis and fitting. Man what a difference it makes in comfort having a good shoe. Typically I start feeling something around .5 miles and today I had no pain at all, sore and tired yes but no real pain. Sad thing is that these shoes were only $10 more than my street shoes.
