Have any of you used either of these apps? What was/is your experience with them? Do you use the free or the paid version?

Even when I can't exercise, I find reading the posts here inspirational. It's hard to maintain that NEED to exercise when you can't.

I was told I'll be cleared for "light arm work" in two weeks and then I can work up to heavier stuff in four weeks. I figure I should focus on upper body in the time between then and surgery #3 so that I'll have them to rely on for movement when my legs are out of commission!

Glad you posted so we know how you are doing. Walking is exercise but listen to the body.

I'm back to no exercise, but I'm a week post-op and feeling great, so I'm hoping that I'll be able to get a lot of walking in!

Now that child 1 has been successfully delivered to Pitt (and seems to be OK there), I can get back into things -

Monday - fencing 2 hours

Tuesday - gym - weights and light cardio

Wednesday - fencing 2 hours

Thursday - pilates or yoga

Friday - agility and weights at the gym

Saturday - Maybe light workout - hubby has a 10K run on Sunday and I have to get him there early - maybe a bike ride if the weather holds.

Sunday - Rest day.

Hoping everyone has a good week. Take a moment or two to enjoy the online coverage of the eclipse this afternoon if you are not in the path of the totality - I'll be watching on line from my office.

Keep on losing!
