Marathon went pretty good. Had a goal of being sub 6 hours and finished in 5:22. Not bad for a trail marathon with 3,600 ft. of climbing. A couple days of rest and time to get back at it. Bandera 100k in 9 weeks.
Monday-rest
Tuesday-6 mile run
Wednesday-6 mile run
Thursday-6 mile run
Friday-4 mile run
Saturday-10 mile run
Sunday-10 mile run

This week has some unusual things going on, so we'll see what happens.
I went to parkrun all by myself on Saturday, which is a big deal for me since I normally go with Lance and he's the primary motivator. I was looking at my parkrun stats afterward and, of the seven times I've done it, I've achieved a personal best for the course on six of the runs. It's really awesome to see progress like that. I'm a slow but determined runner so I don't always feel like I'm improving.
Monday - intermediate mat pilates class
Tuesday - nothing due to being an election judge!! (I assume I'll walk and stand a lot and that my hip flexors will hate me on Wednesday morning.)
Wednesday - mat pilates class
Thursday - running, yoga stretching
Friday - MFR class
Saturday - hopefully some ping pong with my mom before heading back home. I'm driving up on Friday after MFR class to interview someone who works at her CCRC about HIPAA compliance.
Sunday - running, yoga stretching

This weekend was a tough weekend for me. I had a 5k 10k race on Saturday where I could not get my running legs. The legs were so tight. than i ended up with a blister on the bottom of my baby toe during the 10k race so when I was close to the finish line got the shoes off and ran. Than today i had a 21k race. Everyone is asking me for my times but I have not looked at them. I know i was not fast i just wanted to finish and I did. If I look at the times i will get down on myself so not looking. Maybe in a month or so i will but not now.
Monday recover
Tue maybe a light run depending on my legs
wed core dance and master swim
Thursday some strength training if body will allow
Friday maybe barre class
Saturday rest
Sunday easy run
My body is still not healed from the bike accident so going to allow myself to do what i can and get the body heal.

Missed a week of posting. But the work goes on! Last week had a new PR of 235 for deadlift and 225 for back squat. Today, fenced a tournament where all the fencers were still in HS (except me) and finished tied for 3rd, coming home with a bronze medal. Burned about 2500 calories, so eating whatever makes me happy today.
Monday - Lesson and fencing 3 hours
Tuesday - Crossfit class - 1 hour
Wednesday - fencing 2.5 hours
Thursday - Cross fit - 1 hour
Friday - Pilates 1 hour - personal trainer 1 hour
Saturday - Cross fit 1 hour
Sunday - recovery -
Hope everyone has a great week.

Really depends on what your doc says. I was cleared to go to the gym and walk on a treadmill or use a recumbent bike before I went for my post op visit 2 weeks after surgery. At that visit, he lifted my 10 pound restriction and told me to do what didn't hurt. I had been working with a personal trainer before surgery and we had worked on a routine for me to do post-op. I would ride a recumbent bike for about 30 minutes and then do body weight or other weight exercises. As I began to feel stronger, I added more. Talk to your team.

I'm confused since 12 minutes prior to this post you made one asking how soon you could exercise because you're restless.
Even at 2 weeks post-op, you should be walking as much as you can. Walking will help with your energy levels. Are you getting at least 64 ounces of liquids and 80 grams of protein?
Lots of people still need to take naps for a month or so after surgery - it's major surgery combined with major lifestyle change. Go easy on yourself to an extent, but get out there and walk.

Most of us are only allowed to walk for the first 6 weeks post-op. So walk a lot :D
