Taste What You Eat

Taste what you eat - that seems like a strange tip for losing weight, doesn't it? But in fact lots of people eat so fast they don't taste what they are eating and even lose track of how much they've eaten. If you are one of those people, slow down and taste your food. You may find that you enjoy what you are eating more -- and that you don't need to eat as much to feel satisfied at the end of a meal
