Plastic surgery appt.

I have my first plastic surgery appointment on Monday.  I can only elect to have surgery if my insurance chooses to cover any of it at this time so I am a bit pessimistic.  I think if it were not a matter of cost I would choose to have a panni and a breast lift/reduction only.
